Finally got this hooked up to my natural gas line and that Omnivore plate technology really does spread the heat evenly across the whole surface. I made pancakes, eggs, and bacon all at once without any hot spots. Exactly what I needed for easy outdoor breakfasts.

I've been cooking for a big family gathering every weekend since I got this, and the Omnivore plate technology really does make a noticeable difference in how evenly everything sears. No more hot spots messing up my pancakes in the middle. The hard cover is sturdy enough to double as extra prep spac

I was a bit wary about upgrading to this size, but cleanup is a breeze thanks to the hard cover—just scrape and close it up. The natural gas setup fires up fast and holds temperature steady across the whole 36 inches.
