BLACKSTONE 28" GRIDDLE COOKING STATION

Fired it up for a family cookout last weekend and the 87-hot-dog surface meant zero waiting around for seconds. The 34,000 BTUs had the griddle screaming hot in minutes, and cleanup was way easier than I expected.

The 34,000 BTUs heat up the 28-inch surface evenly—I cooked 80 sliders for a party without any cold spots. Cleanup was easy with a quick scrape and wipe down. Really glad I went with this size instead of a smaller model.

Fired this up for a big family breakfast and the 34,000 BTUs had the surface hot and ready in minutes. The sheer size let me cook bacon, eggs, and pancakes all at once without any crowding. I'm already planning the next cookout.
