28" Griddle with Hood

I was a little worried about the size, but 28 inches is perfect for feeding the whole family. The 24,000 BTUs really sear steaks beautifully, and the hood traps the smoke so the kitchen doesn't get hazy.

Two separate zones mean I can have pancakes on low and bacon on high at the same time without any fuss. That 24,000 BTU output sears a perfect crust on steaks in under two minutes flat.

The hood makes a huge difference—it traps heat beautifully for even cooking and keeps the kitchen from getting smoky. I've done everything from pancakes to smash burgers on this, and the 24,000 BTUs sear steaks perfectly.
