The two independent heat zones let me sear steaks on one side while keeping pancakes warm on the other—came out perfect. The hard cover is sturdy and locks on tight, which makes storing it outside much less stressful.
Cooked for a dozen people this weekend and the hard cover made cleanup a breeze—just wiped it down and it was good to go. The two heat zones let me keep bacon crispy on one side while I slow-cooked eggs on the other.
I love having two separate heat zones on this griddle—it lets me cook pancakes on one side and bacon on the other without any flavor crossover. Perfect for our weekend family breakfasts.
