Outlaw BBQ Seasoning

Smoked a pork shoulder with this last weekend and the bold, classic flavor came through exactly as the description promises. It's a dry rub that does the work without any fuss, and the whole neighborhood could smell how good it turned out.

The rub clings nicely to chicken thighs and doesn’t burn over direct heat, which I appreciate. Classic, straightforward flavor that made the whole yard smell incredible, and it’s now a staple in my smoker routine.
